François was totally convinced that the Valléede l’Agly, with its terroirs and grape varieties, was an outstanding region for producing white wines, and he has demonstrated it by producing this fine wine, a charming blend of Grenache blanc, Genachegrisand Macabeu. They all ferment in a demi muids, a large oak barre.

TASTING NOTES

EYE: Light golden colourwith bright lights.

NOSE: Nose is complex and mixes fresh fruit such as white peach, with blossom and some grilled notes.

MOUTH: On the palate the wine is well-rounded and slightly vanillaedwith a good balance of acidity which gives it its freshness. The finish is long and elegant, with notes of toast, hazelnut and vanilla.
